Featuring artwork, crafts, designs, instrumentation, voice, and writing by an accomplished cadre of artists in our midst! Join us for a socially-distanced, COVID-friendly stroll through our campus galleries and enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and a few sweet treats!
JOINING US IN-PERSON
We will be following CDC and State protocols with regards to COVID-19 safety. Social distancing procedures will be in place, and mask-wearing will be required of all guests; save for the moments when you are provided food and beverage in outside settings.
Guests will be allowed to stroll and tour our campus galleries (hosted in both indoor and outdoor spaces) in pods of no more than 10 people. Art walk tours will begin every 20 minutes. When you purchase your ticket, you will be able to pick your start time, based on availability.

BIDDING ON ARTWORK: IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL
Bidding on artwork and other silent auction offerings will be engaging and innovative - you won’t have to rely on paper or pencils and you won’t have to walk back and forth to check on bidding progress! We’ll be using a mobile app called Handbid which will permit guests to have a completely interactive experience. All that is required is for a guest to bring their iPhone (or Android) to the event and to download the Handbid app prior to the event. For our guests who are not able to come to campus in person, you will be provided with a URL to the auction website - this way you can bid remotely.
Please note: we will be providing helpful information about the Handbid app feature once a guest registers for the event. We will also have volunteers on site to assist with questions about how to use the app. It’s almost as easy as scanning a QR code to see a menu at a restaurant.
FYI, “featured” and “special” items to be revealed in the days leading up to the show and auction! This is why guests would want to download the app before the event.
