The Glen Urquhart School campus, conveniently located just minutes from Route 128 in the Beverly Farms neighborhood is a wonderful venue option that features meeting rooms, gymnasium and performance spaces, a charming greenhouse and a full sized athletic field. With ample parking and on-site kitchen facilities GUS might be just the location you're looking for! Venue use at GUS has included birthday parties, athletic competitions, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, professional development seminars, and guest speaker events.
Nance Assembly Room + Urquhart Seminar Room
Inviting spaces for media presentations, receptions, and organizational meetings. There is an adjacent catering kitchen, restrooms, and the facility is wheelchair accessible. The maximum capacity of this space is 150 people.
Braemar Gymnasium
A full-sized court that is great for basketball and volleyball with an adjacent stage for performances. A large screen for media presentations enhances large functions. Upstairs mezzanine for viewing sports activities or an extra meeting area. There is an adjacent catering kitchen, restrooms, and the facility is wheelchair accessible. The maximum capacity of this space is 400 people.
Greenhouse
A charming venue for smaller groups who are looking for an unique setting. Nestled near the woodlands and next to Braemar for access to the kitchen and restrooms. Ideal for coffee house set up and smaller dinner parties. The maximum capacity of this space is 40.
Bartlett Field
Large grass field utilized for GUS soccer and lacrosse. Great for evening and weekend team practice rentals.
