Graduation 2017 - Off They Go!

Thirty-two eighth graders received their diplomas on June 15 at a commencement ceremony replete with GUS traditions of bagpipe playing, Tussy Mussies, choral music, alumni speeches, and personal tributes from the head of school. The night before, the soon-to-be-grads shared their remarkable "This I Believe" reflective narratives with an audience of parents and faculty at the annual Evening With the Graduates.

Congratulations to our 2017 graduates who are off to a variety of secondary schools where they will bring their intellect, curiosity, imagination, doggedness, joyfulness, silliness, and seriousness to make their new school communities better places! Trust and Go Forward!
