We.Do Build!
Join us as we explore and challenge ourselves to bridge the gap between lego brick building and electronics. By utilizing Lego We.Do technology, an electronic smart hub that connects to logo motors and sensors, students will collaborate and learn how to create something that moves through lego. Consider this fun opportunity as a beginner and entry level coding.

Through the lens
Are you interested in exploring the spaces around campus guided by what French photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson called "The Decisive Moment?" Through a mix of digital and film photography, using phones, iPads, and disposable cameras, we'll capture moments, objects, and people that inspire us after school on Fridays and then have a small exhibition of our work on a bulletin board at the end of the session. We'll also consider some technical aspects of photography as well as questions related to the art making elements of the form

Groovy Beats: Drum and Catch the Beat
Children will take a musical trip around the world introducing different musical traditions and rhythms from all over the globe. Children will get hands-on experience playing Kongas, Djembes, Doumbeks, Tom Toms, and more! Join us as we learn to play specific rhythm patterns of the featured style for the week, and gain appreciation and knowledge of different cultures.
This is a 10 Week enrichment program

Chess Wizards
CheckMate! Learn strategy and competition through this interactive enrichment. Students will participate in Chess matches, tournaments, and learning demonstrations. Taught by Chess Wizards, each class is designed to increase the knowledge and interest of this thought provoking game

FUNIMATION!
It’s time to get creative! This enrichment opportunity is a hands-on exploration into the world of animation. Students will have the opportunity to learn about and explore different animation techniques including flip books, cycle animation, stop motion, and more. Participants will create at least one animation masterpiece of their own during this course.
