Re-Enrollment 2025-2026
Dear GUS Families,
With mid-year conferences underway, the reality that we are already more than halfway through the school year (60% to be exact, according to Ms. Cooke!) is setting in. So many wonderful moments have brought us to this point. From cherished traditions like Winaukee, Bread Day, and Solstice to the everyday joys of recess, partner days, and class trips, I am grateful for the vibrant and engaged community we share. And the best part? There is still so much more to come!
With so many experiences yet to come this year (as an 8th grade parent, I am certainly not wishing this year away!), it is hard to believe it’s already time to start thinking about the next school year. As a reminder, with our switch to continuous enrollment last year, you do not have to re-sign an enrollment contract each year. If you plan on returning, your deposit is due by March 5, 2025. Please read all Annual Enrollment Reminders below and keep in mind, as we begin welcoming new families, it is important you let us know as soon as possible.
Above all, I want to thank you for choosing GUS and for continuing to entrust us with your children’s learning and growth. It is a true privilege to be part of their journey, and we look forward to another wonderful year together!

Annual Enrollment Reminders
To secure your child(ren)’s spot for school year 2025-2026, your enrollment deposit is due by March 5, 2025.
Please note that we are moving our tuition payment system from Blackbaud to GUS PlusPortals. This means you can now access your enrollment agreement, tuition payments, household information, reports, family directory, and more all in one place.
To access your enrollment agreement and submit your deposit, please log into your GUS PlusPortals account and navigate to the “forms/billing” tab. From there, you can access your deposit invoice in the “My Invoices” tab. If you are having trouble logging into your account, please reach out to Emily Ahearn eahearn@gus.org.
Tuition insurance is available to all families at a cost of 2.2% of total tuition. If you would like to change your election for school year 2025-2026, please reach out to fit@gus.org.
If your family is considering leaving GUS for any reason, please contact Emily Glore, director of admission, to request a withdrawal form. The deadline to submit a withdrawal form is March 3, 2025.
