First Recipient of the Leslie Marchesseault Scholarship Fund

The start of a new school year marks many firsts, and this year GUS has awarded its very first recipient of the Leslie Marchesseault Scholarship Fund for access + inclusion.

This fund was created in recognition of Leslie's nearly 25 years of dedicated service to Glen Urquhart School children and their families. Leslie first came to the school as a teacher and subsequently became the longest serving Director of Admission in the history of the school. Leslie’s commitment to a child’s education and to a child’s discovery of his or her full learning potential was (and still is) evident.
